How do you make ICBC claims for acupuncture?
Once you report your claim to ICBC, you may access pre-approved healthcare services.
- You will be given an ICBC claim number that is needed for us to do your direct billing.
- You automatically qualify for 12 acupuncture sessions, as long as your treatments occur within 12 weeks of the accident.
- If your accident was more than 12 weeks ago, your ICBC adjuster may offer an extension.
- If more than 12 sessions are required, your practitioner may request an extension from ICBC, on a case-by-case basis.
Contact us for assessment and treatment. Our clinicians will assess your condition and develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs.
